Scope
Ship4Amazon is operated for our organization’s own Amazon seller account. We do not offer this software as a public service to other merchants.
Information we process
Through Amazon Selling Partner API and related shipping services, we process order identifiers, product line items, buyer ship-to addresses, tracking numbers, and operational metadata needed to purchase labels and confirm shipments.
How we use data
- Order fulfillment, label generation, and shipment confirmation to Amazon
- Internal reporting and customer support for our store
We do not sell, rent, or use Amazon buyer data for advertising.
Sharing
Data is shared only with Amazon and carriers or API providers required to ship orders (e.g., Amazon Shipping, EasyPost), under their terms and our SP-API authorization.
Storage & security
Data is stored on our private server in the United States, protected by HTTPS, access controls, and administrator authentication. Credentials are not published in source code.
Retention & deletion
We retain orders while active and for reasonable business records, then delete them from our systems. API tokens are rotated when no longer needed.
